In this installment of the Independent Artist Spotlight, @ryanrighteous sits down with former child phenom and Hip-Hop artist, ISSA to discuss his powerful journey of faith, transformation, and music, along with the release of his new album, IAM THAT IAM—an independently released project featuring exclusively Christian content.
From childhood stardom and the pressures of fame to navigating the secular music industry, Issa opens up about the challenges, sacrifices, and spiritual transformation that led him to dedicate his music to God.
Now stepping into the Christian Hip-Hop (CHH) space, Issa shares the personal and professional cost of making that transition, how his relationship with God has reshaped his life and career, and why he believes his unique journey has positioned him to reach people in ways that traditional Christian artists may not.
